And the Oscar goes too…..Leonardo DiCaprio (finally). He may have won an Oscar for his role in “The Revenent,” but he is losing out on his home in Malibu. Dicaprio is price chopping his Malibu Estate by almost $1,000,000. Why is no one purchasing the home?
He bought this Malibu Estate back in 1998 for $1.6million. Fast forward 20 years, he wants to sell this home for $9.995 million. Since early 2015, this beach front home has been leased out for $23,000 per month. With many homes around Los Angeles, I guess he decided to say goodbye to this 1,765 sqaure foot home, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, cozy living area, and glass sliding doors leading into the kitchen/dining area.
