Latin Pop artist Ricky Martin is packing his bags and moving to Beverly Hills. Ricky Martin, his new fiancé, and two children will be making quite a splash on the west coast. The family of four will be enjoying their days in an 11,300 sq. f.t home that sits on 32,670 sq. ft. of land on a very quiet and private street. This Beverly Hills Estate has everything from a screening room, chef-friendly kitchen with a wet bar, infinity swimming pool and everything in between. The La Bomba singer paid $13.8 million which is $3 million less than the original asking price of $16.9 million.
Aside from purchasing, he is also selling his condo in New York City. Purchased back in 2012 for $5.9 million, the condo is two floors have 4.5 bedrooms, a foyer that leads into the living room. Through the foyer, guests have access to the beautiful kitchen, the office, bedrooms with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. The property is being sold for $8.4 million.
