Former Mrs. Pitt is keeping us on our Real Estate toes. Why? She recently rented Denise Richards’ property located in Hidden Hills. Angie and the kids will be residing in this 8,284 square foot home that has 6 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half bathrooms. (Internal & External Pictures can be found below) Angelina will be paying $30,000 a month to rent out this estate. However, she has the opportunity to purchase the home for $6.8 million.
Hmm, maybe she’ll consider it once her divorce is finalized. I wonder if they have a prenuptial agreement. With the pending divorce, Angelina most likely chose to rent a home rather than pick from the many she shares with Brad.
