From East Coast to West Coast, the newly announced FAMILY MAN is determined to sell all of his Bachelor Pads to create a comfortable environment for his growing family. I cannot believe I am writing these words about Victoria Secret loving, former-bachelor Adam Levine. WOW….there still is hope for the Bad Boys in this World! Lol.
Aside from listing his Manhattan Man Cave (if you haven’t read it yet, go to our Facebook page or Website and get the deets), he wants to sell his newly rebuilt Beverly Hills mansion. This 5 bedroom, 7 bathrooms, 7100 square foot home is the perfect starter home for an expanding brood. So why is he selling it? Too many models have come and gone? I guess his priorities have changed and he wants a fresh start. This home was bought back in October 2012 for $4.83 million, but is now being listed for $17.5 million. Let’s not forget the 3 time Grammy Winner completely renovated this home; hence the reason for him increasing the asking price.
If anyone has the money to purchase this home, then please do so. The reason why is because it has a screening room, tennis court, gym/spa facility and the VIEW is Killer.
Let me try giving you all a thought out scenario that can take place in the backyard. It’s a warm summer day; you are on the terrace, sipping on a mojito or non-alcoholic mojito (for all readers under 21 haha), reading a book or listening to a Maroon 5 album and appreciating the beautiful scenery around you. Trees, mountains, greenery, blue skies, and most importantly PRIVACY. The only question left to ask is when this property will be sold or will the She Will Be Loved singer raise his family on this estate?
