Last year Vince was trying to get a hefty sum of $24,700,000 for the penthouse, but it was never officially on the market. Now it’s official since the MLS listing was posted over the weekend for the “discounted” price of $18,400,000 and is said to be the most expensive condo sale in Chicago history.
