She had purchased the three bedroom, three bath home in 2006 for $829,000. She also saw the downside of the market by selling her home less than what she had purchased it for.
The house is beautifully remodeled with granite countertops and hardwood floors. The home also has unique features such as a wine closet and a marble bar. Maybe the new family will find comfort living near Kourtney’s family in Beverly Hills.
Bruce Springsteen, American rock icon, and family have just sold their Wellington, Florida home for $2.95 million to Chicago philanthropists Daniel and Ellen Podell. He had originally purchase this property for $3.1 million in 2008.
Retired track and field star, Carl Lewis has his Pacific Palisades home listed on the market for $2.6 million. This price is not bad considering he only paid $1.7 million in 2002. A gazebo, beautiful ocean views and a fish pond with a waterfall are among the breath taking features within the home.

Jeffrey Katzenberg, co-founder of Dream Works studio, recently bought a home for $35 million in Beverly Hills, CA. The property itself sits on six acres of land and is above the Greystone Mansion. The original homeowner was Simon Ramo, aerospace pioneer.
