Former X-Factor judge Paula Abdul has listed her Mediterranean style home for $1.9 million.
The 4,679 square foot home sits on a quarter acre of land built in 2000, features a double staircase, patio and pool area, 5 bedrooms & 4.5 baths. The master suite has its own fireplace and balcony with sweeping canyon and city views.
The home was purchased in 2000 for $1.285 million.
There are rumors though that the home may be a hard sell because of its supposed curse!
Apparently a crazed fan killed himself just outside the home and another woman slipped and fell in the driveway later suing Paula Abdul to the tune of $900,000.
Hopefully whomever purchases the property will have better luck with it than Paula. Not that she’s having that hard of a time lately.
But maybe they should get that driveway fixed?
