The former tennis star, Anna Kournikova sold her Miami estate for $7.4 million making a great profit from the original price she purchased in 2000 for $5 million.
The luxury waterfront property is located on Miami Beach’s gated Sunset Island community. The 6,630 square foot mansion features 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with floor to ceiling windows, a coral deck pool with hot tub and even a guest house. Oh, and if you decide to visit by boat, you’re in luck since it has its own private dock.
The neighbors aren’t too shabby either. You’ll be rubbing elbows with Shaquill O’Neal, Diddy and Gloria Estefan who all live in this neighborhood!
Kournikova and long term boyfriend Enrique Iglesias are in the process of building a new mansion to live in now.
