The Top 25 Agents (and Top 5 Associates) of Q1 2025

The agents on this list just delivered a better quarter than anyone would have the right to hope for in the current market. Sure, changes in the real estate landscape are nothing new to our seasoned agents. But even acknowledging this, we’ve stepped into a new market, one unlike anything we’ve seen before. The world is changing, and almost everything we understand is changing along with it. We’re reminded of divers losing their orientation in the darkness – is up really up?

Your Plan Matters

The only way to know for sure is to have a clear plan before you enter the water. A savvy diver knows to prepare with lines of ascent, including visual cues like bubbles. And that’s also why we urged our agents to enter this first quarter of the year with clear, actionable goals committed to business plans in our Drill by JohnHart trainings. We have a feeling a lot of the names on this list dove into Q1 with a plan… and it shows. But there were other factors impacting our top 25 this quarter, including the final round of our Realtor Race: Grind to Greatness and all of the information and strategy shared in our recent Greenprint seminar, which broke down how to turn that first-time buyer into a lifelong client.

Because this quarter was so different, we’ve decided it demanded a different approach to how we do these quarterly acknowledgments. Starting this quarter, we will be including the Top 5 Associates of the Quarter in addition to the Top 25 Agents of the Quarter. These associates contribute immensely to the overall success of their teams, and we want them to feel our appreciation. Count on our Top 5 Associates of the Quarter to be invited to the same dinners and rewards customarily granted to our Top 25 Agents of the Quarter. They’ve earned their place at the table.

Recognition in Challenging Times

Whether the agents who made our Top 25 (and Top 5) were taking notes or just really understood the assignment, they made it to the head of the pack in our first quarter of 2025 by not just recognizing where to put their efforts but also how to optimize them for maximum impact. Remember the names of these elite agents because what they’re doing today could be your guiding light when this industry hits its darkest point. You can turn the lights out on these agents all you like. They’ve proven they’ll always know the way up.
