The JohnHart Person of the Year isn’t “Agent of the Year: Part 2”. This is a distinct honor that celebrates the individual who most fully embodied the JohnHart principles throughout the year. Nominees didn’t simply learn our values; they lived them. They wove them into their daily actions, their mindset, and the way they show up for others.

- Recognizes the true simplicity of life
- Never forgets that we are in the service business
- Practices empathy—for everyone, in every situation
