It almost seems insulting at this point to call 2024 a challenging year for the real estate industry. With all of the obstacles real estate professionals needed to worry about outside of their transactions, waking up each morning and grinding onward felt more like trying to administer aid on an active battlefield. We got into real estate to help people improve their lives. So what’s with the constant barrage of attacks on our professions?

It’s hard to take a year like 2024 in stride, but these agents managed to somehow tune out the aggression and find their empathy without a trace of bitterness. This was business. And, yes, it was personal. But that’s part of the deal when you’re working in the people business. These 25 never lost sight of that. None of them are faking smiles on the frontline because, regardless of huge industry changes and new laws, they’re doing what they love and nothing (and we really mean nothing) can take that from them. They’re here for a good time and a long time and their clients recognize that.

That’s not to say it came easily to them. They may have cracked the code to success, but the answer was never going to be kicking back and relaxing. If it was, they wouldn’t have wanted it anyway.
