For a guy with several stage names, he sure does not have luck when it comes to selling his New York City Condo. This condo has been on and off the market for the last 5 years and finally sold below the asking price. Originally bought back in 2005 for $3.82 million, Diddy put it up for sale in 2012 for $8.5 million. Is this Midtown Manhattan property worth the asking price of $8.5 million? Well, the condo is 2,300 square feet with high ceilings and a huge foyer that leads into a kitchen. Grab a newspaper, some coffee and enjoy the views of NYC from the dining room. The condo is all glass so, the new owners will have views of New York City from any room in the apartment. One of the rooms has been converted into an office with a wet bar (I am sure he only serves Cîroc). The master suite has everything from two walk in closets, radiated heated floored bathroom with white marble counter tops. Living comfortably!
After years on the market Diddy decided to sell the property for $5.7 million. I am sure he is not too disappointed because he has plenty of other properties all around New York City.
