What happens when a Victoria’s Secret Supermodel and NFL quarterback MVP, get married? Their joint income is out of this world. Who am I referring to…..Brazilian bombshell Gisele Bundchen and Football hunk Tom Brady. In one year Gisele made $30.5 million while Tom signed a four year contract for $60 million. With their income being so high, would you blame them for wanting to upgrade from a 3,300 square foot New York City condo to a 5,000 square foot high ceiling apartment sitting on the 14th floor. This apartment complex is still being constructed and will be ready in early 2018; however, the Brady bunch fell in love with the French design as well as beautiful views of Manhattan and the Hudson River.
The apartment is 5,000 square feet with high ceilings but the family activities take place outside of the apartment. I mean paying $20 million for a 5,000 square foot 5 bedroom apartment needs to have a few strings attached. What exactly are those strings? Readers are you ready……82 foot long indoor lap pool, children’s pool, Yoga/Pilate’s studio, café, billiards room, private dining suite, and a squash court.
After moving in, how long will the famous couple and their children actually reside at this residence? With their busy schedules and traveling the world only time will tell. Maybe the Brady Bunch is finally ready to settle down somewhere and they chose New York City.
