David Copperfield the Illusionist has set records in Las Vegas, Nevada. What has he done? He has bought the highest priced 4 story mega mansion in the one and only Sin City. David purchased this home for $17.5 million and it is located in the western suburbs of town. This mansion is approximately 31,000 square feet with 8 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, and 3 half bathrooms. That’s not all, it 6,117 square foot underground garage, 18 foot tall entry way, golf simulation room, wine cellar, movie theater, glass walled gym, full service facility, and two elevators. That’s enough about the inside, now I will give you description of the exterior. The backyard has everything from a four-edge infinity pool, tropical landscaping all around, a Zen garden, and variation of living & lounging areas.
The seller of this house must be thrilled because he made a $15 million profit off of this transaction. Don’t get me wrong the Agent must be just as thrilled, imagine how much his/her commission check must be. This home was first purchased in 2005 for $2.757 million; however, he constructed the entire house from ground up.
Let’s just say David will continue to blow our minds with his illusions and his taste in properties. Who will be magically entering the premise will forever remain a mystery?!
