Olympic swimmer (and now all time Olympic medal winner) Michael Phelps is listing his Fells Point, Baltimore condominium for $1,420,000.
Michael Phelps currently holds the record for medals at 20 and will be swimming his last races and then retiring from the sport this Saturday, but back in Baltimore his condo has been put on the market. Phelps originally purchased the home in 2007 for $1.7 million.
The condominium features hardwood flooring, granite kitchen counter tops, large floor-to-ceiling windows, a master suite with spa-sized bath that overlooks a great view of the city. There is also rooftop access with lounge terrace with views of the waterfront. And of course, what Olympic swimmer could live in a building without a pool? Not Phelps… the building features and indoor heated swimming pool with a fitness center and a two car garage.
