The frontman of Aerosmith, Steven Tyler purchased a new place on a nature reserve beach in Maui. It may have set him back a cool $4.8 million but that’s after the fact he was able to haggle the price down $2 million!
The 3,000 square foot home sits on a quarter acre lot, features 2 bedrooms and three baths and is surrounded by palm trees. Guests will be treated by a huge floor-to-ceiling aquarium, and saline infinity pool that looks out over the sea.
Tyler even had his new place blessed by a local Hawaiian priest to rid the property of any bad spirits.
