Lamond Murray, former Clipper recently sold his 4,062 square-foot Manhattan Beach house for $2,525,000. He had purchased this property in 2006 for about $2.75 million, which is $225,000 less than what he had purchase it for. This home has five bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms with fireplaces and 4 ½ baths.
Perry Farrell, member of the band Jane’s Addiction has listed his property on the market for $1.6 million. The two-story house was designed by architect Steven Ehrlich. The 2,203 square foot home has three bedrooms, two baths, vault ceilings, three-car garage and has a modern Asian-influenced design.

Kim Kardashian will now reside in a lavish home located in Beverly Hills. Lucien Lacasse had designed, built and decorated the $3.5 million home. The 4,000 square foot house has five bedrooms, 41/2 baths, a pool, a spa, waterfall, outdoor living room, kitchen and dining room, and beautiful mountain views. Kardashian must really like fireplaces because the house has a fireplace in the dining room, family room, living room, master bedroom, kitchen and in the backyard.
She sold her 1,750 square-foot condominium in January for $885,000, which is about $214,000 less than her asking price.
