If you’re living under a rock and haven’t heard the news, LeBron James is coming to LA. Yep, it’s official, he signed the papers yesterday and will be in a Lakers uniform on the court in no time at all. It only took a $154M contract to buy ‘King’ James, and hopefully a couple championships will come with it!
So, what does one do with $154,000,000? We have some ideas, but he definitely doesn’t need a new home, considering he just closed on a massive mansion in one of the best neighborhoods at the end of 2017. The purchase price on his latest acquisition came in at $23M and the neighborhood is Brentwood; however this isn’t his first LA property. In 2015 LeBron bought a $21M mansion in… you guessed it… Brentwood. It would seem that he is planning on dominating the neighborhood the way he is going to dominate Warriors – yup, you heard it here first!
This latest acquisition has 15,846 square feet of living space, including a home theater, outdoor kitchen, and elevator that shoots up to the rooftop terrace. The home was built in 2017, has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a master closet that can comfortably sleep 4 ;-).
Here’s some pics of the property, enjoy and let’s go #LAbron!!!
