JohnHart Real Estate Announces 9th Office Location To Be In Long Beach, CA

Burbank, CA, June 27, 2018 – JohnHart Real Estate has announced that their ninth office location will be in the prestigious World Trade Center tower in Long Beach, CA.  This announcement comes only a few months after the announcement of their eighth location in Northridge, CA.

Known for being the first true full-service real estate brokerage, JohnHart’s ability to nearly double their revenue and market share year-over-year, every year, while only marginally increasing their agent count has drawn a lot of attention.  In fact a couple months ago, JohnHart’s CEO was nominated by renowned real estate publication Inman as one of the most innovative Broker/Owners in America.

JohnHart’s model, referred to as Real Estate Redefined, is built on the idea that Realtors shouldn’t have to be “Jacks-of-all-trades”.  “Since day one our goal has been to lighten the load on the agents so that they can do more deals, without having to sacrifice any quality of service” says John Maseredjian, Vice President at JohnHart.  “We handle all of their contracts, marketing, escrows, and most of the laborious tasks involved with selling properties such as sign installation, pictures, and coordination, in order to create more time for our agents to work more closely with their current clients and take on new clients” John continued.

In an industry as jaded as real estate, where Realtors have heard it all before and have been burned by false promises, JohnHart is encouraging prospective new agents to pick up the phone and call any of their Realtors to see if they are happy.  “We make big promises, but we employ a massive support team to make sure we can deliver on them” John says.  Where most firms have an employee-to-agent ratio of 1-to-30, JohnHart has a rule where they never exceed 1 employee for every 7 agents.  Their aptly named “1-to-7 Rule” states that if they find themselves out of balance in terms of agents to employees, they actually freeze recruiting until they can hire and train more support staff.  This allows JohnHart to protect the integrity of the brand, and the high quality service for which they have become known.

When asked about the emergence of other firms that focus heavily on technology John says that they aren’t concerned because “not only is our dev [development] team constantly working on new tools and technology for our agents, but we actually go one step further by making sure that our tools, tech, and tips, result in our agents increasing their production.” “We’ve always been more focused on retention than recruiting” he continued “gimmicks may get people through the door for other firms, but results determine if they stay.” John finished by saying that “Realtors should watch where the money is going, where agents are consistently finding success, and follow that – not trends and hype.”

JohnHart Real Estate in Long Beach is slated to open for business in the next few weeks, and the beautiful open floor plan space comes in at 2,400 sqft. with six private offices, 10 standing/sitting desks, a large conference room, and a communal lounge.  They already have several large ‘LBC’ agents on board with the expansion, and are currently interviewing agents who are interested in joining and reserving a space at this location.
