Jennifer and Justine move in together…already.
Jennifer Aniston and her boyfriend Justin Theroux aren’t wasting any time in their new relationship. The couple decided to move in together.
Soon after Aniston and Theroux started dating they were spotted house hunting together in Los Angeles, Ca. They have been searching since July and haven’t found the perfect place yet. The couple opted to rent a home in Hollywood temporarily until they find “the place”.
In the meantime they have settled into a neighborhood known as ‘The Birds’ which sits high above the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles. The reference is due to the streets named after birds. ‘The Birds’ has been home to many Hollywood types including Jodie Foster, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Keanu Reeves.
The new nest for the lovebirds (I just had to do it) was last seen on the market with a rental price of $20,000 a month, which is also for sale. The current owners purchased the house in 2007 for $3,050,000.
The ranch style home built in 1949 has been recently renovated measuring 1,761 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The garage was converted into a den slash office with built-in book shelves.
The living room and dining room have vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. There are hardwood floors and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen features taupe cabinets, marble counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.
There are French doors that lead to the yard from the vaulted ceiling master suite. The second bedroom offers another fireplace. Outside there is a new ozone pool, spa and viewing deck. There are tall hedges that give privacy to the lounging terrace which gives to views of the city and canyon.
So here is the strange part, the newly leased house is just a half mile away from a house that Aniston currently owns. The house is at the top of Bird Street which Aniston bought in January 1993 for $751,000. There are 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and also is a ranch style. This begs the question, why didn’t the couple just move into that house?
Jennifer or Justin if you’re reading this, please let us know because I’m very curious. It’s very possible I just don’t get it because I’m not of the rich and famous status and only the rich and famous can understand this behavior.
