‘Entourage’ Mansion Sold for $4.2 Million

Season 7 Entourage house is off the market!

Entourage star Adrien Grenier, Vincent Chase, finally sells his house featured in the HBO’s hit show.  The home went on the market in 2010 for $5.75 million.  It dropped to $4.85 million before finally selling at $4.2 million.

The 9,000 square foot Tuscan Villa, located in Encino CA, sits on a .85 acre gated lot.  The mansion features 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.  If you ever watched the show you’re probably aware of the endless amenities the house has to offer which explains the hefty price tag.

The bathrooms are accentuated with polished marble and limestone.  There is a media room, library, 7 fireplaces, and a gourmet kitchen where we’ve all seen Drama cook a meal – unfortunately his services are not included with the house.  The large backyard includes a mosaic tiled pool, spa and waterfall.  There’s also an attached Casita for guests.

The king-size house is staying in the Hollywood family with its new owner.  It has been reported that CSI’s executive producer is the new buyer.  I wonder if he’ll have as much fun in the house as Vinny and the boys did…
