22 Day Mind and Body Challenge

I believe wholeheartedly that creating good habits is the key to maintaining true health and wealth. Disciplining your mind and body allows you to achieve success on levels you previously only imagined.

Given that, my challenge to you for January 2020 is as follows:

  • Exercise

  • Read

  • (Express) Gratitude

  • Meditate

I call it the 22-Day Mind and Body Challenge because there are 22 working days in the month of January (you guessed it: to complete the challenge you’re not obligated to participate on weekends).

My big idea is to help you begin your day the right way. Get your mind and body right so you can tackle the challenges of the day and prioritize your workload.

I’m asking for 30-40 minutes of your time, 5 days per week.

Simply download this PDF, print it out, and fill it out each day you complete the challenge.

Here’s how it works*:

1. Starting January 2nd, complete the sheet every day, starting with the date and day # at the top.

2. Exercise

      a. Squats (3×25)

      b. Push-ups (3×10)

      c. Sit-ups (3×25)

      d. Other ____

3. Read 5-7 minutes. I recommend you choose a book that stimulates your mind, teaches you something meaningful, and/or pushes you to be better. For January, I suggest Seth Godin’s book The Purple Cow. Not only is it a great read, it’s short enough to finish in January and it’s chock full of great information

4. Gratitude (write down three things you are grateful for)

5. Meditate for 5-7 minutes

*Each element of the challenge is in this order because it is how I approach the day. But feel free to do them in any order you choose! The important thing is to do them each day and turn them into habits*

Last but not least, comment “DONE” every morning on this Facebook video once your daily worksheet is complete:

Don’t forget to tag three people in the comment section of that post to motivate your friends & family as well!
