It’s not where you start, it’s where you finish. Q4 is the culmination of the work you’ve put in throughout the year coming to fruition.

Over the past several years, I’ve learned that JohnHart Realtors are more like superheroes. You work harder than anyone else, you’re extremely passionate and are willing to fight to get to the finish line.

It’s easy to just kick back and relax in Q4 during the holiday season, but true champions know that Q4 is where battles are won. If you want to advance your career, make a name for yourself in the industry, then you MUST keep going until the end. There’s no alternative.

We are extremely proud of all of the ladies and gentlemen on this list, and especially the newcomers – yup… some Top 25 regulars were dethroned! Complacency has no place in your life and business. If you’re on this list, the hard work must continue. In fact, you have to work even harder because those who aren’t on this list are coming for your spot.

This past quarter we added new agents, new staff, announced our new Burbank location and have many more exciting things to come! (Just wait!)
