Wow, wow, wow, what a quarter this has been. If you’re just tuning in, at the end of every quarter we release our list of the Top 25 Realtors at JohnHart Real Estate and this quarter was tight!
The competition is always stiff, but this time around we went “high stakes”. At the start of the quarter we invited our Top 25 Realtors to join us for a JohnHart sponsored trip to Las Vegas. Whether it was the trip or just their natural JohnHart ambition, these 25 agents and brokers put their game faces on and hustled hard!
The entire company has been firing on all cylinders, from staff to new agents to new offices, this quarter has been insanely productive; however, the most insane thing was that the distance between agent 20 and agent 50 this quarter was exceptionally small. Having so many amazing, hard working, Realtors can prove problematic when it comes to competitions – as we never want anyone who gives us 100% to feel left out – but such is the nature of the beast.
Before we jump into the list we just wanted to say that whether you made it (and will be joining us on the trip) or not, if you gave this last quarter your all you should be proud. Success in real estate requires hard work, but even with hard work there is an element of timing that is very much out of your hands. Success generally trails hard work by 45 to 60 days, so don’t give up. Keep pushing because it’s coming, it just hasn’t hit yet! The real prize is your client finding or selling their home, not this trip, so don’t be discouraged!!!
