What a year 2018 is shaping up to be!
We started off the year with the release of our career “personal trainer” web application (Pitch Perfect), and have been moving at lightning speed ever since.
A couple months in and we were featured by INMAN, the preeminent real estate publication, for our innovative approach to transaction management.
In March we announced that we are building our own Customer Relationship Management software – SWARM CRM – which will be done by the end of the Third quarter.
Last month we broke our record for quantity of closes in a single month, and this month we are on pace to beat that.
On top of all of that we are finishing up beta testing on our Search App, and preparing for it’s launch.
Now I know what you’re thinking: Why is John wasting my time listing all of this off? Well, John is wasting your time listing off all of this because our CEO, Harout Keuroghlian, was just announced as a Finalist in INMAN’s 2018 Innovator Awards!
Harout is an innovator through and through, so much so that I often have to tell him that the technology/functionality he is asking for doesn’t exist yet… but we can make it 😉
In addition to the aforementioned major projects that are underway, there are a million other things that we have going YET he always finds time to help our agents and brokers personally when they need it.
He is an Innovator and a True Leader, and I speak for the entire team when I say that he puts his staff and Realtors first, and himself second.
So, in summation, I think that INMAN got this one right, and while I know that he is going to kill me for posting an article drawing this much attention to him, it had to be done.
