We LOVE the holidays! And what’s better than getting boozy with Uncle Barry and Gran Gran?! So take a look at our Jingle Juice recipe and our Holiday decorative ice wreath and rock your holiday party right!
Things You Need:
1 Ruby Red Grapefruit
2 Pomegranates (worth of seeds)
Mint leaves
Vodka
Spiced Rum
(optional) Sparkling Wine or Cider
Orange Juice
Pineapple Juice
Grapefruit Juice
Pink Lemonade or Cranberry
Bundt Cake Pan
Serving Bowl and Ladle
The Ice Wreath
Start off layering your bundt cake pan with the ingredients: Mint leaves, then sliced grapefruit, then as many pom pom seeds as your heart desires. Fill the pan with just enough water to cover the fruit (if you fill it all the way, your fruit with float and you can’t control the layering). Pop it in the freezer for about 4 hours. Then bring it out to add the rest of the water. Pop it back in le’ freezer for a little while longer.
Jingle Juice
Grab your bowl, and add the vodka and rum (we will leave the amounts up to you). Then proceed to mix in your juices, orange, pineapple, cranberry or lemonade, Grapefruit, sparkling cider or wine, then mix well!
Take your bundt wreath out of the freezer and poor some hot water on the outside of the pan so the wreath can slip out easily. Add it to your Jingly Juice and BAM, everyone’s drunk. You’re Welcome.
