There are movers, there are shakers, and then there are JohnHart Realtors! Three months ago we decided to publish our Top 25 Real Estate Agents and Brokers list based on their production in Q1 of 2016, and Today we are proud to publish our list for Q2. Now, to gain some perspective on the list below we recommend you take a look at the Q1 Top 25 Realtors list here, because there have been some notable moves.
In the real estate industry, especially in Southern California, there is a common saying that the top 1% does 90% of the business; however, we’re proud to say that is not the case at JohnHart. In fact, over 70% of our active agents closed a transaction in the past three months alone. Another key metric that we watch is transaction volume relative to the number of agents we have at our firm. Q2 marked nearly a 20% increase in transaction volume and we did it while only increasing the number of agents at JohnHart by about 7%.
Why am I rattling off all of these numbers? Because these figures prove that our agents are consistently doing better. We’re not packing the offices in an effort to inflate our numbers, we’re helping our agents go from good to great, and great to amazing. They are at the top of their game, and they keep pushing for more. Do you know why? Because just like us, our agents and brokers are OBSESSED with improvement!
