The Los Angeles Business Journal just posted the top residential brokerages for L.A. County and San Fernando Valley in 2015, and guess who made the list! Up against international corporate franchises with established names and many years behind them, our relatively young firm made the top 20. With each passing year our production grows exponentially, and we’re just getting started folks!
JohnHart Real Estate came in at No. 17 on the San Fernando Valley top brokerage list with nearly triple the number of units sold year-over-year (yes we said TRIPLE)! As if that wasn’t enough, JohnHart ranked No.41 out of nearly 1,000 brokerages in Los Angeles County based on sales alone.
It was really only three years ago that JohnHart RE started expanding their operations by taking on agents and opening more locations, and in just a few short years they have grown into the company you are all familiar with today. By taking a quality-over-quantity approach, empowering their agents, and employing a full service with no fees system, they have been able to flip the real estate industry on it’s head. Where most firms take as many agents as they can in the hopes that 5% of them produce each month, JohnHart takes only 5% of the agents and invests in them to make sure that they produce – and the success of their system speaks for itself.
This means a lot to the industry. It means that stepping outside of the box and applying some ingenuity has given them a competitive advantage and it has had a BIG impact; and what matters is how hard you hit. This is what they mean when they say that they are Real Estate Redefined.
It also means that JohnHart is shaking things up in 2016, and is on pace to be one of the highest ranking and most successful brokerages in not just Los Angeles County, but all of Southern California.

Why is this year any different?
“It’s not, we feel like this every year. It’s just another day at the office for us, and just a beginning with regards to where we will go” answered JohnHart Real Estate’s CEO Harout Keuroghlian.
If anything they are even better poised for 2016. “We’re coming into this year with two offices that opened towards the second half of last year, and we also upgraded to a larger office in Burbank. Furthermore we have had (and have) some amazing agents and brokers join our family lately, and together with our existing equally amazing Realtors there is no doubt that we’re taking things to the next level in 2016” said Keuroghlian.
They’re projecting some huge numbers for 2016 and with a “winning team of exceptional agents that consistently go the extra mile”, they have no doubts that it will be a record breaking year.
