Chad started his career selling real estate in 1998 on the beaches of Tampa, Florida; however over the past 17 years he has gone on to become a multi-million dollar producer and has climbed the ranks with regards to top Los Angeles Realtors. Formerly the CEO of Keller Williams Westside, Chad was ranked #22 in the country in net real estate recruiting and #1 in the California central region.
While much of his focus over the past few years has been on recruiting, Chad comes to JohnHart with a renewed vigor for the transaction side of our industry. Now backed by a salaried team of real estate professionals, designers, marketing experts, and advisors, Chad has the support, freedom, and tools needed to elevate his career even further.
“This company, JohnHart Realty, does your CMA’s and listing paperwork, takes your MLS photos, uploads them, uploads the listings, orders your signs, hangs a lockbox, acts as a TC, writes your buyers offers, gets you paid quickly and probably more I’m not even aware of yet. And they do all of that and yet somehow, I’ll end up with a better “split” than I had plus no monthly fees or other charges. It’s just too good to pass up.” said Schlotterback regarding some of his favorite aspects of what JohnHart offers. But in his opinion the best news yet is that “They’re going to “head over the hill” and open an office in the City soon” and he is excited to “be a big part of that.”
Henrik Shaknazaryan, the Director of Realtor Relations at JohnHart was eager to express his excitement as well, stating “Chad is a well known agent, and while we are excited to receive some publicity from his move, we are even more excited for the opportunity to show what we can do.” Shaknazaryan continued by saying “When I explain to agents everything that JohnHart does for them, their first response is one of disbelief.
