You may have noticed that the Counter Offer has changed its look a bit from what we’ve been used to seeing. ZipForm has been updated to include the new C.A.R. counter offer. The only major difference is that this counter may not be used for multiple counter offers. ZipForm still has the Multiple Counter Offer form available, and is being enforced for use in multiple counter situations only. Please make sure you are updating your ZipFrom as you are getting the pop up notice. These forms are being updated constantly and you want to make sure you’re always up to date and up to code when using these C.A.R. forms.
