Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Move to The Gansevoort Hotel NY

Kim Kardashian and her new Husband are back to ‘reality’.

Kim Kardashian and her new husband NBA player Kris Humphries were just married a couple of weeks ago and are already back from their very mini honeymoon.  The wedding was extravagant and over the top but the honeymoon didn’t compare if you ask.

The honeymooners only spent a week in Italy.  Kim told People magazine that she and Kris ‘want to take our big honeymoon later,’ and that it will be somewhere ‘tropical.’

Upon the newlyweds arriving at LAX they were met with a media circus.  The couple made their first stop in L.A. so that Kim could attend the MTV Music Awards solo while Kris was off to Minnesota to pack for New York.  The couple is said to be moving to New York and will be living in a hotel.

They will temporarily settle into the penthouse suite at the Gansevoort Park Avenue Hotel.  The suite they are suspected to be staying in is 2,000 square feet and the hotel website describes the suit as featuring ‘30-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, step out balcony with commanding river views, oversized working fireplace, 2 luxurious bathrooms, master bathroom includes separate steam shower and Jacuzzi bath, custom-designed furniture, custom pool table, concert-clarity surround sound system, 42” High-Definition plasma TV, full bar, spacious dining area, home office, and an option for a second adjoining King-bedded room’.

The New York Post reported that the hotel, located at 420 Park Avenue South near 29th Street, has made the couple K&K monogrammed pillow cases, sheets and champagne bottles.  The suite usually rents for $7,000 a night!!  I think that is the least the hotel can do!

While the newlyweds are in New York, Kim will be filming a second season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York.  Not sure what Kris will be doing since there isn’t an NBA season and he is currently a free agent…

Jason Binn, Niche Media founder, and wedding planner Colin Cowie are throwing the couple a welcome bash in New York at Capitale tonight.  There will be live entertainment and surprise performances.

Mr. Cowie said, “Hosting a party for Kim and Kris is an honor. I want to create a magical evening for the new couple to welcome them to New York.”
