Nick Lachey is back on the market, no, not the dating market but the real estate market. About a year ago Nick had placed his Bel-Air home for sale and only after two months on the market decided not to sell the mansion because he wasn’t ready to part with the property…if only it was that easy to keep Jessica, sigh.
Lachey bought the home only four years ago, shortly after splitting from his then-wife Jessica Simpson, from German supermodel Heidi Klum and Grammy-winning singer/songwriter Seal. The newly single Lachey paid $5,000,000 for his bachelor pad.
The mansion is listed for $5,995,000 and with that price tag you get 4,722 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There are dark hardwood floors, open floor plan, high ceilings, “L” shaped swimming pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor eating space, and the list goes on and on.
The real selling point for this home is its views. The property is surrounded by 360 degree views, no not 98 degrees! Residences of this Bel-Air home get to enjoy sunsets over the western mountains, sunrise over the San Gabriel Mountains and everything in between like Catalina Island and downtown Los Angeles’ city lights.
Now that Nick’s on again/off again relationship with long time girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo is on again it’s probably time to say good-bye to the bachelor pad (which are probably Vanessa’s words). “Now he’s engaged officially, and he’s getting married officially and are thinking about starting a family,” according to Nick’s listing agent Mauricio Umansky. “They want to be bi-coastal and I think they want the East Coast to be their primary residence.”
