Located in “The Oaks” gated community in Calabasas, CA, is Kourtney Kardashian’s new 4 Bedroom X 4.5 Bathroom home. According to our sources Ms. Kardashian paid roughly $1.7 Million for her’s, and her love interest’s (Scott Disick), hideout. While the price may seem extraordinary, at 5,334 square feet, they may have gotten a great deal. Originally sold in late June of ’07 for $3.2 million, Kourtney purchased a relatively new structure for half the original asking price (maybe this will make up for the $130k she lost on her previous property’s sale).
Anyways, with her hands full (a new born baby and a less than trustworthy night club promoting boy toy), JohnHart wishes Kourtney the best on her real estate endeavor.
