Having been on the market for three years, Christina Aguilera’s Beverly Hills mansion doesn’t seem to be going anywhere in a hurry! Originally listed for an astounding $13,500,000.00, the 6 bedroom x 9 bath residence built in 1988, just isn’t appealing to many. In a revived effort to unload the Aguilera Compound, it has recently been relisted at $5,995,000.00… Maybe it’s just me, but I am not sure how many people out there are really looking for mansion with a game room, gift wrapping area, beauty salon, and a recording studio in the guest house. I guess only time will tell if the place will sell for what they are asking… And you can bet JH will be the first to let you know if it does!!
